Attorney Dr. Wolfgang Babeck is responsible for this publication and admitted to practice law in Europe and in New South Wales (as foreign registered lawyer). Wolfgang and his team at the European Desk advise Australian companies and investors on market entry issues and activities throughout Europe. Wolfgang is the former managing partner of a European Law and has practised in more than 10 European countries. Since 2002 he has been heading the Sydney operation of The European Legal Alliance jointly with the European Desk of the Australian law firm Dibbs Abbot Stillman Lawyers.
Wolfgang and his team have advised companies on aquisitions in Europe as well as the setting up of business units or companies. Often companies approach him to discuss their European strategy. Wolfgang has also acted for the European Commission on many occasions. He and his young family live in Sydney.
