Revolving Loan Parameters
Size starting at $2 million
Pricing competitive rates based on the Bank Bill Rate and Prime interest rates
Secured with accounts receivables (including export receivables) and inventory
   
Term Loan Parameters
Advance rate on machinery and equipment up to 85% based on an appraised orderly liquidation value
Term maximum of five years with renewal options
Real estate term loans up to 10-year amortisation
